3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, products, text, and media on this site are the property of School-Kits or our licensors. You may not reproduce, share, or redistribute materials except for your school’s internal educational use.
4. Digital Products and Refund Policy
All School-Kits resources are digital downloads or Google Docs copies. Because these materials are instantly accessible and easily duplicated, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is completed.
Please ensure you read product descriptions carefully before purchase. If you experience any technical issue accessing your files, contact us and we’ll assist in resolving it.
5. Shipping of Physical Items
If you purchase a printed book or physical resource, courier costs apply for delivery to non-rural NZ addresses. Rural addresses may incur an additional fee before dispatch. Our normal lead time from order to delivery is 14 to 21 days. However, for orders placed between 1st November and 31st December, please expect delivery to be extended to 6 weeks due to the holiday season (this timing is out of our hands due to printer demands and delivery schedules by all services during the holiday season).
6. User Content
You may not post unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material. By posting comments or feedback, you grant us permission to display and reuse them for marketing or support purposes.
